There are a fleet of juicers hoping to claim "the best
juicer" title. The fact is, all juice is not created equal. The quest to
find the best juicer boils down to getting what you pay for. A juicer review
will list the best juicer, according to consumer opinion, as the most
expensive.
The taste and quality of the juice is directly related to
the juicer you are juicing with. Speaking as an avid juice lover, I have earned
my juice wings with a cheap juicer
and, after deciding I wanted better juice and ability to do more than just
juice- I bought a better, more expensive juicer.
There are a few points to consider when making a juicer
choice. The most common complaint with all juicers- from juicer best to juicer
worst- is the clean-up process. This is across the board regardless of price.
Everybody wants healthy juice but nobody wants to clean the juicer. The
inventor of the self-cleaning juicer will be rich and famous!
For my needs, the tipping point to determining the best
juicer in any juicer review is the quality of the juice.
Centrifugal juicers are the least expensive (and lower
quality, in my opinion), and excellent for "beginners", those who
won't juice very often but just want an occasional glass of juice. The more you
juice, the more you will tend to value having a good juicer- which may mean a
more expensive one.
For example, there is a big difference between juicing with,
say, a Juiceman brand juicer and a Green Star Juicer. We want the best juicer
simply because we want the best juice.
The masticating juicers and twin-gear juicers are more
expensive but make a better tasting juice and are more versatile.
The bottom line is this- the best juicer is relative to your
own needs. Are you interested in making fruit juices or vegetable juices, or
both?
As long as your juice needs are being met, you are juicing
with the best! Is my juicer best? Absolutely! Because it serves my purpose, and
I get exactly what I want.
